What is your return and exchange policy?Updated 21 days ago

We want you to love your Vestieri. If you're not completely satisfied with your slippers, we will accept a return or exchange within 15 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. The process is easy for all orders.

In case of exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you once. However, you will have to pay for shipping the old item back to us (12€ from inside the EU and 24€ outside the EU).
In case of returns without exchanges, we will withhold from the reimbursement the cost for shipping the old item back to us (12€ from inside the EU and 24€ outside the EU).

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your goods. If you have selected an exchange, we will send out the new order 1 to 3 days after the shoes you're returning are scanned by the carrier.

Because of their customization, monogrammed slippers cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a product defect.
